I. A Question Of Resurrection.

A. Is there a resurrection?

1. Is it really possible for life to be given back to the dead?
2. How can the decayed be undecayed?

B. Christ and His resurrection.

1. If no resurrection, Christ is not raised.
2. If Christ is not raised, we have no hope beyond this life.
3. If no resurrection, we teach falsehood.

II. Pitiable Or Not.

A. Worthy of Pity.

1. Our teaching and faith are in vain.
2. We will not rise from the dead.
3. We are still dead in our sins.
4. We have no real hope.

B. Worthy of Envy.

1. We teach the truth.
2. Christ has risen from the dead like we will as well.
3. Our sins are forgiven.
4. We have hope in this life and in the next life.

III. Witnessed Resurrection (15: 1 - 8).

A. Witnesses of Christ’s Resurrection.

1. He was seen by close friends.
2. He was seen by a large number at once.

B. The Gospel Message.

1. Christ died for your sins.
2. Christ was buried in a tomb.
3. Christ rose from the grave on the third day.

Conclusion:

A. Do You Believe?

1. We will one day face the risen Christ?

2. We will answer for the deeds done in the body?

3. The saved will live for eternity in heaven?

B. Have You Acted Upon Your Belief?
