2. He continues to recreate us.

I. In Christ.

A. A new creation.

B. Old things have passed away.

C. All things are made new.

II. God’s Reconciliation.

A. He has reconciled us to Himself.

B. Our ministry.

1. The word of reconciliation.
2. God’s work in Christ.
3. Has not imputed (charged, accused) trespasses.

C. God pleads through us.

III. For Christ’s Sake.

A. Be reconciled to God.

B. He did not know sin.

1. "You don’t know what you’re missing!"
2. Some things it is better not to know.
3. Jesus was not intimate (friendly, comfortable) with sin.

C. He became sin for us.

1. God made Him our sin offering.
2. Like the animal of the sin offering, He was not a participant in sin.
3. An atoning sacrifice (Leviticus 16).
a. His blood cleanses us from our sins.
b. He carries our sins away.

D. We become righteous because of Him.

A. Have You Accepted God’s Reconciliation?

1. Have you realized your position of sinfulness?

2. Do you desire to change?

3. Are you willing to give your life completely to God?
