A. Our View Of Work Affects How We Work.

1. Difficult, unenjoyable view = will dislike and barely do.

2. Enjoyable, preferred view = will like and do well.

B. This Holds True For Christian Work.

Body: Luke 10: 1 - 20

I. Sent Out.

A. Seventy chosen.

1. Sent two by two.
2. Going ahead of Jesus to "announce His coming."

B. No provisions.

1. Nothing extra taken.
2. Do not delay - message sent to cities.

C. Rely upon generousness.

1. Receive shelter and food from host.
2. Do not be a gad about.
a. Difficult to find someone when they are always moving.
b. The Lord provides those willing to help.

II. The Workers' Perspective.

A. The harvest is plentiful.

1. There are many ripe for renewal.
2. There is much work to do.
3. Pray for help.

B. Acceptance or rejection is not personal.

C. Reason to rejoice.

1. Blessedness does not come from ability to "show off."
2. Blessedness comes from eternal destiny.

III. If You Only Knew!

A. The Kingdom is near.

B. The works are plentiful.

C. Your refusal is even worse.
